8. We are not responsible for users' uploaded contents, we are able to delete the unsafe content in case we receive email reports.

9. We never keep your files more than 4 hours.

10. We are not responsible for any kind of our software, server or hardware issues.

11. Clouds.moe is an experimental project, please do not use it for handling serious files. 

12. Be cautious to whom you share your file's link, anyone with the link can access your uploaded file.
